One of the Geissenklösterle flutes; an Upper Paleolithic artifact of the Aurignacian culture, made of a swan-bone, and possibly the oldest of its kind. Discovered in the Geissenklösterle cave, S. Germany, & dated to ~42000 BP. Now in Landesmuseum Stuttgart , nr. LMW Gk 24-197
