This turquoise disk, made by the Mexica, depicts seven warriors or gods and resembles Mixtec mosaic disks. Close analysis of the lapidary technique and style, however, confirms that it was made in Tenochtitlan. 1502–1520 CE, now housed at the Museo del Templo Mayor in Mexico
